Our sweetheart, our Lila Bird, & our Cupcake-
a blessing, a daughter, a cousin, a grandchild, a sister, a niece..
She means so much to so many, despite her short time on this Earth.

This February 1st is the 2 year anniversary
of Lila going to Heaven. We miss her so much.
Rest in Peace, Sweet Girl- we can't wait until we see your face again in Heaven and hold you in our arms. You are a wonderful blessing that we cherish and miss so very much.

Dear Lila,
Where do I start? We miss you so much, you were with us for only 86 short days.
When they told us pneumonia, I couldn’t believe it- especially since they told us SIDS first.
We made every effort to keep you healthy. Sometimes, things are just out of our hands.
We’ve put all of our trust and faith in God, and our savior- Jesus.
They are the only ones who can get anyone through a time of trial such as this- with such grace and peace.
God is in control of everything! It will all work out, and those who believed in Christ,
no matter how much suffering they had there, they will be free of that for eternity.
Jesus died for all of us, he loves us. That I know for sure.
I miss you, Lila, but I know where you are, and I know I'll see you again. In that, I am comforted.
